1. Terms & Conditions for Hotel Bookings & Package Tours

Rates

All the rates are quoted in US dollars per person.

Service should be booked through our office in Seoul only directly to our tour operator.

Confirmation

All reservation request will be confirmed immediately. Just in case immediate confirmation is not possible, booking status will be advised by e-mail/facsimile within 48 hours.

Deposit

As we often have to make deposits in order to secure reservations, a relevant charge will be invoiced to you immediately.

Payment

  1. Full payments must be settled through our office prior to client's arrival or any option date given in our reply fax at the time of booking. Unless credit facility and/or specific terms and agreement have been made in advance all reservations will be cancelled automatically.

Cancellation fee

For cancellation of confirmed arrangements a cancellation fee may be charged accordingly.

Difference in tour fee

All bookings are subject to an additional charge if the travel dates coincide with Japanese holidays.

Taxes

All the rates quoted are inclusive of service charge and government tax. Airport tax is not included unless specified.

Guides

All service will be provided with experienced English, German, Chinese, French, Italian, Japanese or Russian speaking guides.

2. Terms & Conditions for City Tours

Cancellation Charge

Cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to tour departure.

Meals

The meal is specified in each itinerary

Group discount & special service

Discount benefit will be given to group toruists of more than 10 persons. Not only the daily programs, but also special sightseeing programs can be arranged on your requests. For more information, please contact our office by e-mail or fax.

Deposit for local tour

30% deposit is required at the time of initial reservation & the balance is due 1 day prior to departure.

Child Fares

Free of Charge for under 4 years of age, 30% D.C. for 5 to 10 years of age (only city tour)
